I have been weaving for about 35 years now. About 10 years ago, my husband Don, and I started a yarn business, supplying weavers with rayon chenille yarn. At the same time we began to handpaint skeins of the chenille and began to sell to knitters as well. Now we also sell tencel yarns. We have many different sizes available in undyed and black, but also supply dyed Tencel and handpainted yarn. We established a website for YarnsPlus www.yarnsplus.com along the way also. I have a working, retail studio/gallery as well. I share this studio with Josette who takes my handpainted and handwoven fabrics and designs fabulous jackets. We sell the jackets, along with scarves and shawls from our studio.
